All you need is boneless chicken strips, your favorite vegetables, but preferably orange and yellow bell peppers, jalapenos, onion, lime, avocado, romaine lettuce, and cilantro.

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, oil, garlic, and grill till fully cooked. Toss the chicken in a bowl, throw in the chopped vegetables and make a quick dressing using lime, honey, salt, pepper, and vinegar.

Steak Salad
