    1. Grilled Chicken Breast with Corn On The Cob and Potatoes

    Grilled chicken breast

To start with, cut your potatoes into small squares and spice to taste, add some onion, butter, or oil and wrap in foil. Next spice and butter your corn and wrap with foil. Start these items at the same time and before the chicken, they usually take about 20 minutes. So I would give these 10 minutes before you start the chicken that way everything is ready at about the same time. Grilled chicken breasts are one of the trickiest meals to prepare on the grill. Very often, you see dry and rubbery chicken breasts served for dinner. A few things to remember when grilling chicken is do not over-marinate, 24 hours will give the right taste and texture. When cooking gives enough time on each side, this will vary by size but 5 to 6 minutes on each side is a good place to start. Also as you are cooking baste with the marinade to keep them from drying out. Your chicken breast should have nice charred lines when you are done.  Unwrap and enjoy your total grilled meal.

I like medium rare about 5 minutes per side only flipping once. Then for dessert pit your peaches and cut them in half and butter each half. Place on the grill for about 4 to 5 minutes then flip for another 4 or 5. Serve with heavy cream or ice cream for an excellent grilled meal.

Start with either frozen or drained canned corn and add your spices. I like to add small cut peppers, put this in a foil pouch with butter. Add the spicy corn to the grill first as it will take about 10 minutes but can go longer if you want a little char on the corn. Grilled salmon is perhaps the healthiest grilled meal you can enjoy with your family. It is not only a healthier meal but is an easy and quick recipe that you can tweak according to your taste to make the perfect grilled salmon for your dinner table. Don’t forget to grease your grill and the fish so your fish gets a crispy exterior but does not stick to the grill. Grill for about 5 minutes per side. For the grilled tomatoes, cut side down, and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, and basil. Grill them for about 4 minutes, sprinkle with oil and maybe a little more spice, and serve your healthy grilled meal.

If you are looking for a quick and easy grilled meal, you need to try easy grilled pork chops. You should marinate the chops for 1 to 8 hours before in your favorite marinade. Chops can sometimes dry out on the grill so this will help keep them tender and moist. . Then cook for 6-8 minutes per side. For the grilled apple use a Granny Smith, or Honeycrisp as they hold up better from grilling. Core the apples and cut them into 1/4-inch thick slices and leave the peel intact. Cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, turning once. When done sprinkle with cinnamon, salt, and sugar mix. This is a perfect side dish with your pork. At the same time, I like to cut bell peppers in half and onions, with the onion I cut the apples 1/4 inch slices then salt and pepper add a little butter, and place directly on the grill to cook to your liking. This makes a good total grilled meal.

Homemade Grilled Eggplant with Feta and Herbs

    5. Grilled Eggplants with Grilled Carrots and Broccoli

For a meatless option try Eggplant as your main, because grilling them can dramatically enhance the flavor. Make sure you choose smaller eggplants as they are easier to slice and grill. With a nice and even heat, your eggplants will be crispy, and once done, you can try a variety of toppings. From adding salsa to Miso Aioli topping with creamy lemon-garlic dressing, the choices are limitless. Cut the eggplant into 3/4 inch thick lengthwise slices. Put the slices in salt water for 30 minutes, then when you are ready to grill, drain pat dry, season to your taste, oil, and place on the grill for about 5 minutes on each side.

At the same time, you can sprinkle oiled carrots and broccoli with salt and pepper, then season the carrots with thyme and rosemary. Grill for 10-12 minutes or until fork tender and enjoy with your eggplant.
