Let’s take a look at 5 total meals for the grill which you can enjoy with your family this summer. You can search the internet for a variety of recipes so we won’t go into major details on cooking instructions but will give you a few meals you can make entirely on the grill. These mouthwatering ideas are sure to spice things up and make a fun meal for your family tonight.
1. Grilled Chicken Breast with Corn On The Cob and Potatoes

To start with, cut your potatoes into small squares and spice to taste, add some onion, butter, or oil and wrap in foil. Next spice and butter your corn and wrap with foil. Start these items at the same time and before the chicken, they usually take about 20 minutes. So I would give these 10 minutes before you start the chicken that way everything is ready at about the same time. Grilled chicken breasts are one of the trickiest meals to prepare on the grill. Very often, you see dry and rubbery chicken breasts served for dinner. A few things to remember when grilling chicken is do not over-marinate, 24 hours will give the right taste and texture. When cooking gives enough time on each side, this will vary by size but 5 to 6 minutes on each side is a good place to start. Also as you are cooking baste with the marinade to keep them from drying out. Your chicken breast should have nice charred lines when you are done. Unwrap and enjoy your total grilled meal.

2. Steak with Asparagus and Grilled Peaches
Want to grill some beef? Using the right recipe, you are bound to get a fantastic flavor, and if you grill it using the right technique, you will end up with a tender, juicy steak that is a perfect meal for your dinner tonight. When grilling steak it is important to have the grill hot so always make sure it is up to temp before you start. To begin salt, pepper, garlic, butter, or oil your asparagus and put directly on the grill. As far as the steak I think basic spices are the best, salt, pepper, and garlic on each side put on the hot grill and cook to your taste. I like medium rare about 5 minutes per side only flipping once. Then for dessert pit your peaches and cut them in half and butter each half. Place on the grill for about 4 to 5 minutes then flip for another 4 or 5. Serve with heavy cream or ice cream for an excellent grilled meal.
