1. Grilled Chicken Breast with Corn On The Cob and Potatoes

Grilled chicken breast

To start with, cut your potatoes into small squares and spice to taste, add some onion, butter or oil and wrap in foil. Next spice and butter your corn and wrap with foil. Start these items at the same time and before the chicken, they usually take about 20 minutes. So I would give these 10 minutes before you start the chicken that way everything is ready about the same time. Grilled chicken breasts are one of the trickiest meals to prepare of the grill. Very often, you see dry and rubbery chicken breasts served for dinner. A few things to remember when grilling chicken is do not over-marinate, 24 hours will give the right taste and texture. When cooking give enough time on each side, this will vary by the size but 5 to 6 minutes on each side is a good place to start. Also as you are cooking baste with the marinade to keep them from drying out. Your chicken breast should have nice charred lines when you are done.  Unwrap and enjoy your total grilled meal.

Grilled salmon is perhaps the healthiest grilled meal you can enjoy with your family.
